Train&Work Software Bootcamp

In collaboration with Architecht, our Train&Work Software Bootcamp opened the doors to the world of software for young talents from diverse backgrounds who aspire to shape their careers in IT.

Held as Winter and Summer sessions, our bootcamp is enriched with technical and competency-based training aimed at supporting young talents’ professional and personal growth based on their unique skills.

Selected meticulously from over 10,000 CVs, these young talents join Architecht’s team after completing the software training, launching their careers in software.

Successful candidates receive financial support during training and career opportunities under the Architecht umbrella, enabling a strong start to their careers.

2022 Software Bootcamp

Organized with BKM (Interbank Card Center) as a socially responsible initiative, the Software Bootcamp 2022 provided training and employment opportunities to young talents interested in software development and a career in IT.

Following approximately 1.5 months of theoretical and practical training, participants who successfully completed the bootcamp were offered employment at BKM, a leader in the finance sector.
